Book Reviews

Nothing beats a good book! Maybe you’re looking for a way to reduce some stress or to escape reality. Or maybe you’re just a self-proclaimed bookworm. Whatever your story is, you’ll probably agree that reading gets you thinking, wondering, and questioning.

At AbsolutelyOut, we review books in various genres and we share our personal recommendations with you. From coming-of-age stories and romance novels to memoirs and biographies, all of the books we review will feature LGBTQ characters, plots, or authors. We hope you’ll try to relate to the individuals and their circumstances and take the opportunity to reflect on other people’s stories, perspectives, and personal connections inspired by each book.

Open your mind, let your imagination run wild, and cuddle up with a good book!
